From 12-16 July 2025, several members of RC48 Administrative Culture were present during IPSA's 28th World Congress of Political Science in Seoul, South Korea. The theme of the congress was concerned with resisting autocratization in polarized societies.

During RC48's Business Meeting, five new members were elected, namely:
